By virtue of this equipment we can manufacture high-quality heat-, vibration- and sound insulation materials in rolls and mats as well as finished goods from XPE foam. Isorulon foam polyethylene has found a wide application in building and industry.

XPE Foam Isorulon is also supplied with such additives as antipyrene, polyethyleneterephthalate, adhesive glue, etc. The technical characteristics of the PE Foam ensure heat and sound insulation, shock absorption, damp proofing, air tightness, protection against exterior exposure, and floatability. In addition, our goods feature enhanced operating capability and resist external exposure, wear and deformation which reduces impact sound and assures excellent sound insulation (impact sound reduction factor is 23-25 dB). Plus, the material resists fungus formation.

This makes Isorulon a multipurpose solution since it can be used in such roles as floating floor underlayer, compensation mats for heat supply pipelines, anti-vibration pads for between-slabs joints in runways, artificial turf base, a base for manufacture of support assemblies and rescue buoys and in many other applications.
